Fillmore Library Fair!

Ok, so it’s time for me to do some major catching up; starting with the last weekend in April.

Every year at the end of April the Fillmore library holds a big street fair, and since we have an in with one of the workers, we like to go :) It is so much fun! Some of what they had this year:

The most AMAZING balloon man EVER!!! Like, ever! He was fun and awesome and could make ANYTHING.

A pet parade with pets of all kinds:

A magic show! He was great with the little kids:

A trout chase. This one I have to explain. They had one last year also. Both of my kids got in and LOVED it and just watched the fish swim between their legs (even though they were supposed to be catching them). This year, completely different story. Both kids just started screaming and bawling when we tried to put them in the pool with the fish. As in uncontrollable, fit-throwing, crying. I couldn’t believe it. Could not. However, once the fish were all removed Morgan was more than willing to swim in the fish water.

There were other activities too: vendor booths, a variety show, a bunny chase, chicken chase, and a greased pig, but you can only do so much when you have two little ones.

Got slushies:

Visited friends:

And rode the four-wheeler:

Fun was had by everyone!
